Abstract
งานวิจัยเรื่อง ศึกษาแนวทางการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการคลังสินค้า กรณีศึกษาบริษัท A จำกัด มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการทำงานภายในคลังสินค้าและเพื่อหาแนวทางการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการคลังสินค้าบริษัท A ซึ่งเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์และแหล่งการค้นคว้าต่างๆ
ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้พบปัญหาหลักๆ 3 ประการคือประการแรกเกิดจากการใช้เวลานานในการรับเข้าสินค้าของพนักงาน ประการที่สองคือพื้นที่การจัดเก็บมีจำกัด ในขณะที่สินค้ามีหลากหลายประเภทและประการสุดท้ายคือป้ายแสดงตำแหน่งของสินค้าไม่ชัดเจนและการใช้เวลานานในการหาสินค้าภายในคลัง ดังนั้นทางผู้วิจัยจึงเสนอแนวทางการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการคลังสินค้า โดยการนำระบบ RFID เข้ามาใช้ในการตรวจรับเข้าสินค้า เพื่อลดระยะเวลาและเพิ่มความถูกต้องแม่นยำในการตรวจรับเข้าสินค้า รวมถึงการใช้ประโยชน์พื้นที่จัดเก็บด้วยการประยุกต์ใช้ ระบบ ABC Analysis ซึ่งเป็นระบบการจัดวางสินค้า แบบเลือกวางสินค้าตามความถี่และปริมาณ เพื่อลดเวลาในการเดินทางไปหยิบสินค้า ส่วนแนวทางการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพสุดท้ายคือการทำป้ายบ่งชี้ตำแหน่งการจัดเก็บสินค้าให้สามารถมองเห็นได้รอบด้านพร้อมกับจัดเรียงลำดับความสำคัญในเอกสารการเบิกสินค้าโดยให้ความสำคัญกับตำแหน่งการจัดเก็บก่อนเพื่อที่จะสามารถลดระยะเวลาการหาสินค้า

process, and guideline to improve efficiency of warehouse management. Using qualitative techniques in order
to find the solutions for the improvement
The result of this research shows that the three problems. The first of receiving process.
The second, limitation of space in warehouse and the last is location address unclear. Accordingly, researcher suggest of the RFID system to replace the manual process. This system would help to decrease time receiving and process was increase correctly and accuracy. And utilized space in warehouse by ABC method regarding to frequency and quantity to applied as a method for traveling time will be reduce. For the last problem, location address unclear should making a new location triangle address label above shelves. And receiving data, location address is a priority for decrease picking time.
