Abstract

งานวิจัยฉบับนี้เป็นการศึกษาคุณภาพการหุ้มห่อพัสดุไปรษณีย์เพื่อลดการเกิดความเสียหายในการขนส่งของบริษัทไปรษณีย์ไทย (สาขาราชดำเนิน)โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการปรับปรุงคุณภาพการดำงานการหุ้มห่อสิ่งของที่ส่งทางไปรษณีย์ และปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากการหุ้มห่อที่ไม่มีมาตรฐานส่งผลให้เกิดความเสียหายในการขนส่ง ดังนั้นผู้วิจัยจึงได้นำทฤษฎีไคเซน (Kaisen) ในเรื่องการปรับปรุงกระบวนการดำเนินงานให้เป็นมาตรฐาน และแนวคิดของลีน(Lean)ในเรื่องการลดความสูญเสียของกระบวนการทำงานเพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด โดย สืบค้นข้อมูลจากสื่อออนไลน์ งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง สอบถามข้อมูลจากผู้เกี่ยวข้อง และ สังเกตการณ์ เพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์ถึงปัญหาและแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหาตามทฤษฎีต่างๆที่กล่าวมาข้างต้น ซึ่งก่อให้เกิดคุณภาพการบริการและเพิ่มความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการที่มากขึ้น

The objective of this thesis is to study the quality of packaging process at Thailand Post Office (Ratchadamnoen Branch). The purposes are to improve the quality of packaging at the post office and the problems which occur from cases that packaging does not meet standard. Thus the researcher presents the KAIZEN method to improve the working process to meet the standard and together with LEAN theory to help lower the lost from the process to maximize the quality and efficiency. By researching from online sources, related research, questionnaire, and observing to analyze the root cause of the problem and find the solution through the said methods in order to improve the service quality and customer satisfaction
