ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเลือกใช้บริการรถหัวลากตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ของ ตัวแทนผู้นำเข้าและส่งออกสินค้าระหว่างประเทศ ในจังหวัดชลบุรี
Abstract
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเลือกใช้บริการรถหัวลากตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ของตัวแทนผู้นำเข้าและส่งออกสินค้าระหว่างประเทศ ในจังหวัดชลบุรี ได้แก่ 1. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยพื้นฐานที่บริษัทตัวแทนผู้นำเข้าและส่งออกสินค้าระหว่างประเทศ(Freight Forwarder หรือ Shipping) ในจังหวัดชลบุรีเลือกใช้บริการรถหัวลาก 2. เพื่อศึกษาสาเหตุของการเลือกใช้บริการรถหัวลากของบริษัทตัวแทนผู้นำเข้าและส่งออกสินค้าระหว่างประเทศ(Freight Forwarder หรือ Shipping) ในจังหวัดชลบุรี การศึกษาครั้งนี้ศึกษาได้ทำการศึกษาจากบริษัทตัวแทนผู้นำเข้าและส่งออกสินค้าระหว่างประเทศ (Freight Forwarder หรือ Shipping) ที่มีการใช้บริการหัวลากตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ในจังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 100 บริษัท เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลครั้งนี้ ได้แก่แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจงแจกความถี่ (Frequency) หาค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) หาค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation) ในกรณีที่พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติเพื่อตรวจสอบว่าตัวแปรคู่ใดที่มี ความแตกต่างและสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน (Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient) เพื่อทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปร สรุปผลการวิจัยได้ดังนี้ 1. พบว่าผู้ใช้บริการหัวลากส่วนใหญ่ในอุตสาหกรรมเป็นกลุ่มบริการ กลุ่มสินค้าอุตสาหกรรมและกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมอุปโภคบริโภค มีผู้ถือหุ้นเป็นนักลงทุนส่วนใหญ่เป็นนักลงทุนสัญชาติไทยอย่างเดียวและมีนักลงทุนต่างชาติ ≤ 25% ของผู้ถือหุ้นทั้งหมด รายได้บริษัทโดยเฉลี่ยใน 3 ปีที่ผ่านมา 5,000,001 – 19,000,000 บาท 2. สาเหตุของการเลือกใช้บริการรถหัวลากของบริษัทตัวแทนผู้นำเข้าและส่งออกสินค้าระหว่างประเทศ(Freight Forwarder หรือ Shipping) ในจังหวัดชลบุรี พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่เพื่อเพิ่มผลิตภาพ ได้ใช้กระบวนการและเทคโนโลยีใหม่และความเชี่ยวชาญ และ เพื่อใช้เป็นทางเลือกและสร้างความยืดหยุ่นในการดำเนินงาน
In this thematic paper, the researcher investigates factor to select Service with truck tractor of represent during international importer and exporter in Chonburi in these following aspects 1. For study primary factor company represent during international importer and exporter (freight forwarder or shipping) in Chonburi province to select service truck tractor. 2. To study cause factor to select service truck tractor of represent during International importer and exporter (freight forwarder or shipping) in Chonburi.
This studying to study from the company during international importer and exporter (freight forwarder or shipping) to use service truck tractor container in Chonburi province total 100 companies. The instrument for collect this information such as questionnaire statistics in analyze data such as Frequency Percentage Mean Standard deviation in case find different hint an important for statistics to inspect matching different variable Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient for examine of variable.
Findings are as follows: 1.Found that user truck tractor in group service industrial group industrial of consumer goods for shareholder is the majority investor of only Thai nationality and foreign investor ≤ 25% of all shareholder income company as average in the last 3 years 5,000,001-19,000.000 baht.
2. The causes of select service with truck tractor of represent during international importer and exporter (Freight forwarder or shipping) in Chonburi found that increase productively to use process and new expert technology for use alternative and Build it elasticity in operating.
