การศึกษาแนวทางการลดต้นทุนการผลิตและขนส่งขนุน กรณีศึกษา สวนศรีธนา
The Transportation and Production Cost Reduction of Jackfruit: A Case Study of Sritana Plantation
Abstract
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1)วิเคราะห์กิจกรรมการผลิตขนุนคุณภาพ และต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ตามมาตรฐานกิจกรรม (ABC) (2)เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการลดต้นทุนการขนส่งขนุนในระบบโลจิสติกส์ของสวนศรีธนา (3)เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะในการผลิตขนุนคุณภาพ โดยมีการศึกษา 4 หัวข้อใหญ่ ดังนี้ (1)ผลการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนการผลิตตามมาตรฐานกิจกรรม (2)ระบบการขนส่งขนุนในระบบโลจิสติกส์แบบเดิม (3)ระบบการขนส่งขนุนในระบบโลจิสติกส์แบบใหม่ (4)การเปรียบเทียบต้นทุนการขนส่งขนุนแบบเดิมและแบบใหม่
จากผลการศึกษาแนวทางลดต้นทุนการขนส่งขนุนในระบบโลจิสติกส์ของสวนศรีธนา จากการผลิตขนุนทั้งหมดจำนวน 300 ตัน ทำให้สวนศรีธนาสามารถลดต้นทุนหรือมีกำไรจากการใช้ระบบการขนส่งขนุนแบบเดิมได้เท่ากับ 200,500 บาท หรือเท่ากับ 668.33 บาท/ตัน ส่งผลให้กำไรโดยรวมของสวนศรีธนาเพิ่มขึ้นเท่ากับ 200,500 บาท หรือเท่ากับ 668.33 บาท/ตัน ดังนั้นสวนศรีธนาควรนำระบบการขนส่งขนุนในระบบโลจิสติกส์มาใช้ เพื่อให้การบริหารงานของกิจการเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
This study aims to investigate (1)Analyze the quality of jackfruit and logistics costs using Activity Based Costing: ABC (2)The study ways to reduce transportation cost on logistics system of Sritana Plantation (3)To study the problems suggested in the production of quality jackfruit. The following 4 main study. (1)The analysis of the cost of logistics Activity Based Costing: ABC (2)Transportation logistics jackfruit in the original. (3) Transportation logistics jackfruit in a new way. (4)Comparison of the cost of traditional and new transport jackfruit.
The study ways to reduce transportation costs on logistics system of Sritana plantation. A total of 300 tons of jackfruit production. Make the Sritana plantation can reduce costs or gains from the used of traditional jackfruit transportation 200,500 bath or 668.33/ton. The overall profitability of the Sritana Plantation increase of 200,500 bath or equal to 668.33 bath/ton The Sritana Plantation should be Sritana plantation living in use. To the management of the company to be more efficient.
