Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการแก้ไขเพื่อลดต้นทุนในการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง โดยการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพจะต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือจากผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งในแต่ละส่วนก็จะต้องคำนึงถึงต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์เป็นสิ่งสำคัญ เพราะปัจจุบันการแข่งขันในด้านธุรกิจจะมีปัจจัยอย่างอื่นนอกจากต้นทุนการจัดซื้อแล้ว สิ่งที่ทำให้เป็นผู้นำด้านธุรกิจจะต้องประกอบไปด้วย คุณภาพของสินค้าและการบริการที่ดี พนักงานภายในองค์กรมีประสิทธิภาพ แต่ตอนนี้องค์กรได้ประสบปัญหาด้านการจัดซื้อที่มีต้นทุนที่สูงขึ้นเรื่อยๆอันเนื่องมาจากสภาวะเศรษฐกิจ น้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง แหล่งวัตถุดิบ ที่มีการปรับตัวที่สูงขึ้น ซึ่งผู้จัดทำได้ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงเจาะลึกเพื่อนำมาเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์ ระหว่างวันที่ 1-20 กุมภาพันธ์ 2558
จากการศึกษาข้อมูลพบว่า สาเหตุที่ทำให้ต้นทุนทางด้านการจัดซื้อที่สูงขึ้นนั้นมาจากสภาวะราคาน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงที่มีราคาสูงขึ้น ส่งผลให้ราคาวัตถุดิบและค่าขนส่งสินค้าแปรผันตามไปด้วยถึงแม้ว่าจะมีผู้ขายสินค้าในจำนวนมากรายแล้วก็ตาม นอกจากนั้นยังมีปัญหาในเรื่องความยุ่งยากและซับซ้อนของกระบวนการทำงานทั้งทางปฏิบัติและทางด้านเอกสาร การศึกษาถึงสาเหตุดังกล่าวจึงหวังไว้เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาเพื่อนำไปสู่ความเป็นผู้นำและความยั่งยืนขององค์กร
