Abstract

การค้นศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการคลังสินค้าเครื่องปรับอากาศและหาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นภายในคลังสินค้า โดยใช้วิธีการศึกษาวิจัยคุณภาพจากข้อมูลคลังสินค้าและจากแหล่งค้นคว้าต่างๆ เช่น หนังสือ เอกสาร วารสาร งานวิจัย และเว็บไซต์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้จัดการ รวมทั้งพนักงานของคลังสินค้า รวมถึงการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม (Observation) สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-Depth Interview)
ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ บุคลากรที่ทำงานอยู่ภายในคลังสินค้าเครื่องปรับอากาศ ใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 10 คน คือ ผู้จัดการ จำนวน 1 คน โฟร์แมนดูแลคลังสินค้า จำนวน 1 คน เจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลคลังสินค้า จำนวน 2 คน พนักงานคลังสินค้า จำนวน 4 คน พนักงานขับรถโฟล์คลิฟท์ จำนวน 2 คน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กระบวนการในคลังสินค้า ประกอบด้วยการดำเนินงาน 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ (1)
กระบวนการรับสินค้า (2)กระบวนการเก็บสินค้า (3)กระบวนการหยิบสินค้า (4)กระบวนการจ่ายสินค้า พบปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นได้แก่ (1) พนักงานขาดความชำนาญและไม่ปฏิบัติงานตาม Procedure (2) การจัดเก็บไม่ถูกตามโซนผลการวิจัยพบว่า กระบวนการในคลังสินค้า ประกอบด้วยการดำเนินงาน 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ (1)
กระบวนการรับสินค้า (2)กระบวนการเก็บสินค้า (3)กระบวนการหยิบสินค้า (4)กระบวนการจ่ายสินค้า พบปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นได้แก่ (1) พนักงานขาดความชำนาญและไม่ปฏิบัติงานตาม Procedure เพราะพนักงานไม่มีความรู้ในกระบวนการทำงาน Frist-In Frist-Out (FIFO) (2) การจัดเก็บไม่ถูกตามโซนและวางสินค้าไม่เป็นระเบียบ (3) พนักงานหาสินค้าไม่เจอตอนเข้าไปหยิบสินค้า (4) การจัดส่งสินค้าผิดรุ่นผลิตภัณฑ์ เนื่องมาจากขั้นตอนข้างบน ทำให้ขั้นตอนการส่งเกิดความผิดพลาด

This The purpose of this independent study for studying air-conditioner warehouse management in order to find problems and solve problem in warehouse. The methods of this study were conducted by collecting research data from many sources such as text book, journals, thesis and related web site as well as the interview with manager included staffs of warehouse together with the “Observation” and “In-Depth Interview”
This research was conducted and data were collected from air-conditioner warehouse. The researcher uses “Purposive Sampling” by selecting only 10 staffs such as 1 Warehouse Manager 1 Warehouse Forman 2 Warehouse Officer 4 Warehouse workers 2 Warehouse Fork Lift driver
The result of this research in warehouse management shows that process of management consists of 4 steps (1) Receiving Operation (2) Storage Operation (3) Picking Operation (4) Good Dispatch Operation. The Research find out that there are 4 problems in this case (1) Staffs don’t have skill and do not working follow procedure because staffs do not have enough knowledge in Frist-In Frist-Out process (2) Staffs store product that do not match with zone and lay product disorganized (3) Staffs do not found product when into pick product (4) Good Dispatch mistake model because process above that Good Dispatch process make mistake
The Researcher recommends that manager of warehouse training and provide work instruction to staffs for staffs understand in procedure. Warehouse should have plan the work defines role include job description clearly that control monitoring check and evaluation in process. The defining firm location of air conditioner. These can help reducing unnecessary warehousing operations and method to work more efficiently.
