Abstract

การศึกษาการจัดการสินค้าพาสเจอร์ไรส์ภายในคลังสินค้าสำเร็จรูปและการจัดการขนส่ง กรณีศึกษาบริษัท เอบีซี จำกัดผู้ศึกษามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้เกิดความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการจัดการสินค้าพาสเจอร์ไรส์ภายในคลังสินค้าสำเร็จรูป และการจัดการขนส่ง และเพื่อศึกษาปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างกระบวนการพร้อมเสนอแนวทางการแก้ไข วิธีการศึกษาในงานวิจัยนี้ ผู้ศึกษาทำการศึกษาจากเอกสารวิชาการต่างๆ งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ข้อมูลของบริษัท เอบีซีจำกัด และสัมภาษณ์ผู้จัดการ หัวหน้างาน พนักงาน แผนกคลังสินค้าสำเร็จรูปและแผนกขนส่ง รวมถึงการสังเกตการณ์ปฏิบัติงานจริง และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้เทคนิควิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าการจัดการภายในคลังสินค้าสำเร็จรูปของแผนกคลังสินค้าสำเร็จรูป และการจัดการขนส่งของบริษัท เอบีซี จำกัด มีความสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวเนื่องกัน มีกระบวนการทำงานตามโครงสร้างกิจกรรมขั้นพื้นฐานในการจัดการคลังสินค้า กิจกรรมหลักคือ รับสินค้า จัดเก็บสินค้า หยิบสินค้า และจัดเตรียมสินค้า สัมพันธ์กับกิจกรรมของการจัดการขนส่ง มีกระบวนการหลักคือการวางแผน การโหลดสินค้า การขนส่ง และการส่งมอบสินค้า ทำให้ทราบปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างกระบวนการทำงาน และแนวทางการแก้ไขเริ่มจากการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ให้เหมาะสมรองรับการทำงานจริง การวางแผน และการจัดการงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพของหัวหน้างาน และการพัฒนาศักยภาพของพนักงานจากการฝึกอบรม ให้พนักงานมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในงานที่ทำ ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญ และปฏิบัติงานตามขั้นตอนที่ถูกต้อง

This independent study aims to study about warehouse management and logistics management of pasteurized product in case study of ABC Company limited. The objective to understanding management process of pasteurized product in finish goods warehouse, logistics management and study the problem that occur in process and suggest way to solved them. Method for this study was collected and analyzed data from the reference books, related research, interview manager supervisor and staff of warehouse and logistics department of ABC Company limited including observation the real operation then was analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques.

            The research found that management process of warehouse and logistics of ABC Company limited were related together and both processes have the activities same as basic activities of warehouse management as receiving, put away and storage, order picking and prepare shipping. There are related with logistics management basic activities as planning, loading, transportation and delivery. Otherwise that shown the problem in operation process and the way for solves them as development new product for compatible with operation and planning. Performance of supervisor management beside development skill of staff by training program for understanding and realized them job and operated follow up the right processes.
