A study to Guidelines for Improvement to check the import documents in the process of operation team Case Study: ABC Company Ltd

Abstract

การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาขั้นตอนการตรวจเช็คเอกสารนำเข้าสินค้าของฝ่ายปฏิบัติงาน และศึกษาแนวทางการปรับปรุงกระบวนการปฏิบัติงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพเพิ่มมากขึ้น โดยทำการรวบรวมข้อมูล ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาในขั้นตอนของการตรวจเช็คเอกสารนำเข้า ซึ้งเป็นขั้นตอนหนึ่งในกระบวนนำเข้าสินค้าที่มีความสำคัญ ซึ้งผู้วิจัยได้ทำการศึกษา ในเรื่องของ กระบวนการนำเข้าสินค้าจากต่างประเทศ เกี่ยวกับ (1) ขั้นตอนการนำเข้าสินค้า (2) เอกสารที่สำคัญในการนำเข้าสินค้า (3) พิธีการศุลกากรนำเข้าสินค้า (4) การขนส่งทางเรือและทางอากาศ ทั้งนี้เพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์ถึงสาเหตุที่ทำให้ เกิดข้อผิดพลาดในขั้นตอนการตรวจเช็คเอกสารของฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ และยังได้ทำการศึกษา (5) เทคนิคกระเทคนิคการบริหารงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพยุคใหม่ (6) เทคนิคการจัดฝึกอบรม, (7) ทฤษฎีการบริหารคุณภาพ PDCA เพื่อนำไปช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในขั้นตอนการทำงานของฝ่ายปฏิบัติงาน และจากข้อมูลที่ผู้วิจัยค้นคว้า ก็เพื่อให้ทราบถึงสาเหตุที่เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายปฏิบัติงาน ได้ทำการตรวจเช็คเอกสารผิดพลาด และเพื่อลดข้อผิดพลาดของการตรวจเอกสาร อีกทั้งสามารถนำไปกำหนดแนวทางการปรับปรุงการทำงานในขั้นตอนของการตรวจเช็คเอกสาร เพื่อให้มีประสิทธภาพเพิ่มขึ้นในการทำงาน จึงได้นำแนวทางการบริหารงานคุณภาพ มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการปรับปรุงการทำงาน
ผลที่ได้รับทำให้การผิดพลาดของขั้นตอนในการตรวจเช็คเอกสารของเจ้าหน้าฝ่ายปฏิบัติการลดลงและเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ มีความรู้และความเข้าใจในการทำงานเพิ่มขึ้น หลังได้รับความรู้จากการฝึกอบรม จึงทำให้การทำงานมีการปรับปรุงที่ดีขึ้น

This independent study is a quality research. Its purpose is to assess the efficiency of the checking process of importation documents by operating officers and ultimately studies the methods to improve such process by collect, study, and analyze the information. Documents checking process is one of the important steps to maintain the minimal shipment clearing time especially in developing countries where one mistyped letter can caused unnecessary delays.
The researcher has studied the cargo importation processes of 1) Cargo importation 2) Import documentations 3) Import customs clearance 4) Transportation by Air and Sea to identify the causes of the error by importation documents checking, furthermore, 5) Modern management techniques 6) Training techniques 7) Management techniques quality (P D C A) has been studied to improve the efficiency to the importation process. The causes of error in operations will be identified, the error by documents checking will be reduced, and the overall processes can be improved with process suggested in this research.
The implementations of the process gave the operating officers better understanding of the operations, minimized the errors, and gained knowledge resulting in the overall job improvements.
