Abstract

การศึกษาการจัดการคลังสินค้าของบริษัท ไลอ้อน (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ผู้ศึกษามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการจัดการคลังสินค้าของบริษัท ไลอ้อน (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด และศึกษาแนวทางการแก้ไขการจัดการคลังสินค้าของบริษัท ไลอ้อน (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด
วิธีการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการศึกษาโดยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลที่ได้จากการค้นคว้าข้อมูลของบริษัทและจากแหล่งค้นคว้าต่างๆ เช่น เอกสาร วารสาร งานวิจัย วิทยานิพนธ์ และเว็ปไซต์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และได้จากการสัมภาษณ์พนักงานใน ส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคลังสินค้า รวมถึงการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมและนำมาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้เทคนิควิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ
ผลการศึกษา ผู้วิจัยพบว่า บริษัท ไลอ้อน (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด พบว่าในส่วนของขั้นตอนการทำงานที่ดำเนินการในคลังสินค้าที่ดำเนินการได้มีการนำระบบ RFID มาใช้ในการจัดการคลังสินค้าจึงทำให้ขั้นตอนในการทำงานต่างๆ เป็นไปอย่างมีระบบ และ ผู้บริหารมีความรู้ในด้านการจัดระบบการจัดการคลังสินค้า ซึ่งจะช่วยให้มีการพัฒนาคลังสินค้าให้มีคุณภาพมากขึ้น ขั้นตอนการเก็บสินค้าเป็นระเบียบ และระบบที่ทันสมัยทำให้สินค้าเสียหายน้อย ประกอบกับที่ตั้งของกิจการอยู่ใกล้แหล่งการคมนาคมทั้งทางเรือ ทางรถยนต์ และรถไฟ จึงสามารถกระจายสินค้าไปยังแหล่งต่างๆ สะดวก และสายการบังคับบัญชาไม่ซับซ้อนทำให้การแก้ไขปัญหาไม่ยุ่งยากและรวดเร็ว แต่เนื่องจากยังมีการหยิบสินค้าผิดอยู่ อาจเนื่องมาจากระบบ สายสัญญาณ อุปกรณ์และเครือข่ายการทำงานเกิดความผิดพลาดและพนักงานที่ประจำอยู่คลังสินค้าขาดทักษะความชำนาญในการใช้ระบบ RFID และสินค้าประเภทเดียวกันมีหลายรุ่น/ยี่ห้อ จึงอาจทำให้หยิบสินค้าผิดรุ่นและยี่ห้อได้ ผู้วิจัยจึงขอเสนอแนะแนวทางการในการแก้ปัญหาโดยการตรวจสอบระบบสายสัญญาณ อุปกรณ์และเครือข่ายให้พร้อมและเกิดความผิดพลาดให้น้อยที่สุด และจัดให้มีการอบรมพนักงานในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคลังสินค้า เพื่อให้ทราบถึงกระบวนการและขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานของแต่ละฝ่ายในหลักการและเทคนิคการใช้ระบบ RFID เพื่อให้ทุกฝ่ายสามารถทำงานร่วมกันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
