Abstract
การศึกษาเรื่องกระบวนการจัดซื้อจัดหาสินค้ากลุ่มผักแช่แข็งนำเข้าจากประเทศจีน กรณีศึกษา บริษัท ซีพีเอฟ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ( มหาชน )เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยมีวัตถุดิบประสงค์ 1.เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการจัดซื้อจัดหาสินค้ากลุ่มผักแช่แข็งนำเข้าจากประเทศจีน 2.เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาในกระบวนการจัดซื้อจัดหา
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วยบุคลากรภายในองค์กรจำนวน 7 หน่วยงานด้วยกัน จำนวนทั้งหมด 7 คน โดยบุคลากรเหล่านี้จะมีการทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกันทั้งหมด โดยวิธีการเลือกกลุ่มประชากรตัวอย่าง จะเป็นแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ( Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบมีโครงสร้าง ( Structured Interview )
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การนำเข้าสินค้าผักแช่แข็งจากประเทศจีนยังไม่เคยมีการดำเนินการมาก่อนการศึกษากระบวนการนำเข้าสินค้าผักแช่แข็งจากประเทศจีน มีความเป็นไปได้ แต่ทุกหน่วยงานต้องร่วมมือกัน และกำหนดหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลักในแต่ละท่านให้ชัดเจน และวางเป้าหมาย กำหนดรูปแบบการดำเนินงานร่วมกัน โดยอาจจัดทำให้รูปแบบของโครงการ เพื่อให้เกิดการติดตามงานอย่างเป็นระบบ และมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลในการปฏิติบัติงานอีกทั้งต้องศึกษาเงื่อนไขทาง และสิทธิประโยชน์ทางการค้าตามสิทธิพิเศษการค้าเสรีอาเซียน – จีนและการพยากรณ์การวางแผนการซื้อวัตถุดิบจากฝ่ายวางแผนจะต้องดำเนินการพยากรณ์อย่างแม่นยำ ต้องดำเนินการวางแผนร่วมกันกับฝ่ายขาย และฝ่ายจัดซื้อเพื่อวางแผนในการนำเข้าสินค้าจากประเทศจีน โดยมีต้นทุนค่าจัดเก็บ และค่าขนส่งให้เหมาะสมที่สุด จึงต้องศึกษากระบวนการนำเข้าผักแช่แข็งจากประเทศจีนทั้งระบบ
