Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการส่งออกยางคอมปาวด์(Compound Rubber) กรณีศึกษา บริษัท พี ไอ อินดัสทรี จำกัด โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการส่งออกยางคอมปาวด์ด้วยแบบจำลองอ้างอิงการปฏิบัติงานโซ่อุปทาน (SCOR Model) และระบบการผลิตแบบลีน (Lean Manufacturing)
วิธีการศึกษาครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยได้ใช้เครื่องมือในการวิจัย คือ สัมภาษณ์พนักงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และการรวบรวมข้อมูลต่างๆ ทั้งข้อมูลปฐมภูมิ ได้แก่ จำนวนขั้นตอน จำนวนเอกสาร รวมถึงปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น เพื่อหาสาเหตุของปัญหาต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่ละกระบวนการของการส่งออกยางคอมปาวด์
จากการศึกษาพบว่า การไหลข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการส่งออกยังไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ คือ 1) การไม่พยาการณ์คำสั่งซื้อล่วงหน้า ( Forecast ) 2) การไม่กำหนดมาตรฐานของบรรจุภัณฑ์ของสินค้าทดลอง ( Trial Order ) 3) การมีประเภทบรรจุภัณฑ์สำหรับสินค้าส่งออกหลายประเภท 4) บุคลากรในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องยังไม่มีความรู้ในกระบวนการส่งออก 5) กระบวนการภายในองค์กร และภายนอกทำให้ระยะเวลาในการส่งออกเพิ่มมากขึ้น ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้นำแบบจำลองอ้างอิงการปฏิบัติงานโซ่อุปทาน (SCOR Model) และระบบการผลิตแบบลีน (Lean Manufacturing) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการส่งออกโดยการลดความสูญเปล่า( Waste) ขั้นตอน เอกสารที่มีจำนวนมากเกินไป (Over Processing) การรอคอย (Waiting) และการแก้ไขงานเสีย (Rework)

The purpose of this independent study was to increase the efficiency of compound rubber export procedure : a case study of PI Industry Co.,Ltd by referring to the SCOR Model and Lean Manufacturing .
The researcher has studied by using the tools are interview questionnaire based on open ended questioning of concerned staffs, collection of data including primary data, such as number of process and document, as well as the problems in order to find the causes that were occurred in each stage of compound rubber export procedure.
Form the research study, the flow of export basic data was inefficiency. Those which are 1) Non-predictive purchasing order forecast 2) Indeterminate standard of trial order packaging 3) Various type of export product packaging 4) Concerned staffs lack of export procedure knowledge 5) The external and internal organization are caused the more increased an export lead time, that the researcher uses the tools referred to the SCOR Model and Lean Manufacturing in order to increase the export procedure efficiency and decrease as well documents ,over processing including waiting and rework also.
