วารสารรามคำแหง ฉบับรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเป็นช่องทางในการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการทางรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์และสาขาวิชาที่สัมพันธ์ ของคณาจารย์ นักวิชาการ นักวิจัยและนักศึกษาในระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา เป็นแหล่งข้อมูลในการศึกษาค้นคว้าของคณาจารย์และนักศึกษา สนับสนุนให้เกิดการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ใหม่ๆจากการศึกษาวิจัยและเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการสู่สาธารณชน  โดยมีกำหนดการเผยแพร่ปีละ 3 ฉบับ คือ ฉบับแรก (มกราคม – เมษายน) ฉบับที่สอง (พฤษภาคม – สิงหาคม) และฉบับที่สาม (กันยายน – ธันวาคม) ในรูปแบบวารสาร Online ในระบบ OJS  (ISSN 2630-0133)

Ramkhamhaeng Journal of Public Administration is designed to be a channel for dissemination of academic works in the field of public administration and related fields to serve faculty members, academics, researchers and students at the graduate level. It is also a source for research and study of faculty members and students. The journal will certainly support the development of new knowledge from education, research and dissemination of academic work to the public. It is scheduled to be published 3 issues a year, i.e., the first issue (January-April), the second edition (May-August) and the third issue (September-December), published in the form of online journal under OJS system (ISSN 2630-0133)

ประเภทผลงานที่ตีพิมพ์ 
   1. บทความวิจัย (Research Article) เป็นผลงานโดยสรุปจากการค้นคว้าทดลองหรือวิจัยทางวิชาการที่ผู้เขียนหรือกลุ่มผู้เขียนได้ค้นคว้าวิจัยด้วยตัวเองอย่างกระชับและสั้นในกระบวนการวิจัยและผลการวิจัย
   2. บทความวิชาการ (Academic Article) หมายถึงงานเขียนทางวิชาการ มีการกำหนดประเด็นที่ต้องการอธิบายหรือวิเคราะห์อย่างชัดเจน อาจเป็นการนำความรู้จากแหล่งต่างๆมาประมวลร้อยเรียงเพื่อวิเคราะห์อย่างเป็นระบบโดยที่ผู้แต่งแสดงทัศนะทางวิชาการของตนไว้อย่างชัดเจน
   3. งานวิชาการอื่นๆ ที่คณะผู้จัดทําเห็นสมควร

ทั้งนี้ บทความที่จะได้รับการตีพิมพ์ในวารสารจะต้องผ่านการพิจารณาแบบ Double blinded จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิอย่างน้อยสองคน

Type of published works
   1. Research article which is a summary of the research, experiment or academic research that the author or group of authors have done themselves.
   2. Academic article means academic writing which the issues need to be clearly explained or analyzed. It may be knowledge from various sources to be compiled for systematic analysis in which the authors clearly express their academic views.                                                                                                                                                                       3. Other academic work which the editorial team deems appropriate

Note: An article that will be published in a journal must be double-blinded by at least two experts.
