การวิจัยเรื่องผลกระทบของความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองต่อชุมชน : กรณีศึกษา ชุมชนบ้านไทยสามัคคี อำเภอวังน้ำเขียว จังหวัดนครราชสีมาเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการณ์ความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองที่ยาวนานว่ามีสาเหตุปัจจัยใดที่ส่งผลให้เกิดความขัดแย้งขึ้นในชุมชน  รวมถึงศึกษาผลกระทบของความขัดแย้งที่มีต่อชุมชนในด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านสังคม ด้านการเมือง ด้านธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาให้ชุมชนเกิดความเข้มแข็งและยั่งยืน สามารถพึ่งพาตนเองได้ในระยะยาว ผลการศึกษาพบว่า มูลเหตุปัจจัยสำคัญที่ทำให้เกิดความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองในด้านข้อมูลข่าวสารเกิดจากความเป็นอิสระของสถานีวิทยุและวิทยุโทรทัศน์ ทั้งช่องที่สนับสนุนรัฐบาลและฝ่ายที่ต่อต้านรัฐบาล ด้านผลประโยชน์เกิดจากการแย่งชิงอำนาจทางการเมืองของนักการเมืองด้วยกัน ด้านโครงสร้างเกิดจากการที่รัฐบาลใช้อำนาจเกินขอบเขต การปฏิบัติของเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ไม่มีความเสมอภาค เลือกปฏิบัติหรือปฏิบัติแบบสองมาตรฐาน ในด้านความเชื่อ ค่านิยม เกิดจากพฤติกรรมของนักการเมืองสร้างความเชื่อผิดๆให้กับประชาชน มองการต่อสู้ทางการเมืองเป็นเรื่องของศักดิ์ศรีเกียรติยศ นำไปสู่การแบ่งพรรคแบ่งพวก และพบว่าผลกระทบของความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองของชุมชนบ้านไทยสามัคคี คือผลกระทบในด้านเศรษฐกิจ กล่าวคือประชาชนได้รับเงินค่าจำนำข้าวที่ล่าช้าจากความวุ่นวายทางการเมือง และผู้ประกอบการบ้านพัก รีสอร์ทในพื้นที่ได้รับผลกระทบในเรื่องยอดการจองที่พักที่ลดน้อยลง และการยกเลิกการจองที่พักในช่วงที่เกิดการชุมนุม

Abstract

            Research on the Impact of Political Conflict on Community: A Case Study of Ban Thai Samakkhi Community Wang Nam Khiao District Nakhon Ratchasima is a qualitative research. The purpose is to study the long-standing political conflicts that cause confrontation within the local community and also to study the impact of conflicts on the community in economic, social, political, natural and environmental aspects. This is a guideline for the development of a strong and sustainable community and can be self-reliant in the long run. The study indicated that factors contributing to the political conflict in the field of information were the independence of radio and television stations, either channels support the government or opposition parties. The political conflict in the field of benefits came from the competing for political power of the politicians. The political conflict in the field of structure came from the strong government, the practice of inequitable and double standards.  The political conflict in the field of beliefs, values ​​derive from the behavior of politicians by creating false beliefs to the people, seeing the political struggle is a matter of honor which certainly lead to confrontation among those people. The effects of the political conflicts of Ban Thai Samakkee were found mostly on the economy. In other words, people are affected by the government's delay in paying the rice pledges, the home stay and resort owners in the areas had less numbers of room bookings and many cancellations during the long period of political conflicts.
