การพัฒนางานกิจกรรมนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ (Student Activities Development of Maejo University)

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ 

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการพัฒนางานกิจกรรมนักศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคต่อการพัฒนางานกิจกรรมนักศึกษา วิธีการแก้ปัญหาการพัฒนางานกิจกรรมนักศึกษา และแนวทางการพัฒนางานกิจกรรมนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเอกสารและวิจัยสนาม ในส่วนของการวิจัยสนามเป็นการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 10 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กระบวนการพัฒนางานกิจกรรมนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ คือ การนำนโยบายของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ ในแผน 15 ปี มาเป็นเกณฑ์ในการวางกระบวนการพัฒนางานกิจกรรมนักศึกษา ให้สอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์ วิสัยทัศน์ เป้าประสงค์ และตัวชี้วัดของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ โดยแต่ละคณะในมหาวิทยาลัยจะมีกระบวนการเสนอแผนในการพัฒนางานกิจกรรมนักศึกษาตามงบประมาณที่ได้ถูกจัดสรร  มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้มีกระบวนการในการบันทึกกิจกรรมหรือชั่วโมงกิจกรรมให้กับนักศึกษา โดยมอบหมายให้ตัวแทนเจ้าหน้าที่ในแต่ละคณะ หน่วยงาน ภายในมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้เป็นผู้ดูแลและบันทึกชั่วโมงกิจกรรมให้กับนักศึกษาที่ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนั้นๆ มีการประชุมวางแผนก่อนดำเนินกิจกรรม และมีการแบ่งงานกันทำในแต่ละฝ่ายที่รับผิดชอบ และปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ ข้อบังคับของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ การนำนักศึกษาเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนางานกิจกรรมนักศึกษา ตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนการวางแผนกิจกรรม การออกแบบกิจกรรม และการลงมือปฏิบัติ ปัญหาสำคัญที่พบคือ ผู้ปฏิบัติงานขาดความรู้เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนากิจกรรมนักศึกษา รูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมไม่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของนักศึกษา กิจกรรมที่จัดมีจำนวนมากเกินกว่างบประมาณที่ได้รับการจัดสรร และผู้บริหารยังให้ความสำคัญกับงานการพัฒนากิจกรรมนักศึกษาไม่เพียงพอ

Abstract

               This research aims to study the development process, problems and obstacles to develop, how to solve problems and guidelines for the development of student activities of Maejo University. In conducting the study, both documentary and field research methods were employed. For field research, data were collected by structured interviews from 10 key informants. The findings were that Maejo University student activity development process was the implementation of the Maejo University policy in the 15-year plan as a basis for the process of developing student activities. To be consistent with the strategy, vision, goals and indicators of Maejo University, each faculty in the university will have a process to propose plans for student activities development according to the budget that had been allocated. Mae Jo University has a process to record activities or activity hours for students by assigning staff representatives in each faculty or departments. They organized a meeting planned before the activity and there is a division of work done in each department responsible. They followed the rules and regulations of Maejo University in bringing students to participate in the development of student activities started from the activity planning process, activity design and practice. The major problem found was officials lack knowledge concerning student activity development. The form of activities is not consistent with the needs of students. Numbers of activities were a lot more than the budget that had been allocated. And also the executives pay less attention to the task of developing student activities.
