การประเมินหลักสูตรตามความต้องการของผู้เรียน (The Curriculum Evaluation According to the Needs of Students)

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินว่าผู้เรียนหลักสูตรรัฐประศาสนศาสตรมหาบัณฑิตมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง ต้องการได้ความรู้ ทักษะและการเสริมสร้างคุณสมบัติด้านใด ประเมินความสอดคล้องของหลักสูตรกับมาตรฐานการเรียนรู้แต่ละด้าน และแนวทางในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้เรียน ใช้วิธีการวิจัยสามวิธีคือการวิจัยสนาม โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง การวิจัยสำรวจ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน และการวิจัยเอกสาร ผลการวิจัย พบว่า  1) ผู้เรียนต้องการได้ความรู้ ทักษะและการเสริมสร้างคุณสมบัติด้านต่างๆ ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับวิชาต่างๆ ที่มีอยู่แล้วในหลักสูตรปัจจุบัน 2) หลักสูตรมีความสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานการเรียนรู้ทุกด้านในระดับดีมาก 3) ผู้เรียนเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฯ ในวิชาการค้นคว้าอิสระ การแบ่งกลุ่มผู้เรียนในการศึกษาเป็นกลุ่ม และการนำเสนอความรู้สู่สาธารณะ ส่วนการประเมินความสอดคล้องของหลักสูตรรัฐประศาสนศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงกับมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา จำแนกรายด้านในภาพรวม มีระดับการประเมินอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (m = 4.59) 

Abstract

            The purposes of this research are to assess knowledge, skills, and improvement of various qualifications that the MPA students at Ramkhamhaeng University require. It also evaluates the consistency between the curriculum and learning standards. Including guideline for the curriculum development to meet the need of students. Three research methods, i.e., field research by using a semi-structured interview form, survey research by using the questionnaire as tools in collecting data and documentary research were used in conducting the research. The findings are as follows 1) The students want to gain knowledge, skills, and qualifications improvement which are in line with the subjects already in the current curriculum. 2) The curriculum is highly consistent with learning standards in all areas. 3) The students make suggestion for the curriculum development in independent study, the division of students in the study into groups, and presenting knowledge to the public. As for the consistency assessment of the Master of Public Administration curriculum with graduate qualifications standards, classified by overview, it was found at a very good level (m = 4.59).
