การเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อรองรับการเป็น Smart Education ของสถานศึกษาภาครัฐในจังหวัดขอนแก่น (Preparation to Support Smart Education of State Educational Institutions in Khon Kaen Province)

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ 

    การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาวิเคราะห์ศักยภาพ และการเตรียมความพร้อมของสถานศึกษา เพื่อรองรับการเป็น Smart Education และ 2) จัดทำข้อเสนอแนะและแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาภาครัฐในจังหวัดขอนแก่น เพื่อรองรับการเป็น Smart Education การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการการวิจัยคือ การสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มแบบเจาะจง ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอน โดยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามขนาดสถานศึกษา และสังกัดสถานศึกษา จากนั้นใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา

      ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า สถานศึกษาภาครัฐในจังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยเฉพาะสถานศึกษาในสังกัดคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานค่อนข้างขาดการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อรองรับการเป็น Smart Education เนื่องมาจาก บุคลากรสถานศึกษาขาดความเข้าใจในหลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ และวิธีการดำเนินงานในการเตรียมความพร้อม รวมถึงการที่หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องขาดการประชาสัมพันธ์การสร้างบทบาทการดำเนินงานให้กับสถานศึกษาที่ไม่มีความชัดเจน ในขณะที่สถานศึกษาสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น (เทศบาลนครขอนแก่น) ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนค่อนข้างเข้าใจแนวคิด Smart Education เพราะเทศบาลนครขอนแก่นอยู่ระหว่างการดำเนินโครงการ Smart Education อยู่แล้ว

Abstract

          This research aims to 1) analyze the potential and preparation of the school to support Smart Education, and 2) make recommendations and guidelines for the development of the educational system of State educational institutions in Khon Kaen Province to support Smart Education. This research is qualitative research. The research instrument was a focus group interview consisting of school administrators, school board, and teachers by selecting the sample group according to the size of educational institutes and their affiliation. The data was analyzed using frequency distribution, percentage, and content analysis.

         The results of the research can be concluded that government schools in Khon Kaen Province, especially those under the Basic Education Commission, are somewhat lacking in preparation for Smart Education. This is due to the lack of understanding of school personnel in the principles, objectives, and operational methods of preparation. Moreover, this due to the lack of public relations for the construction of operational roles for educational institutions that are not clear. In terms of educational institutions, under the local government organization (Khon Kaen Municipality), administrators, and teachers quite understand the concept of Smart Education. This due to  Khon Kaen Municipality that already in the process of implementing the Smart Education project.
