            ฌอง-ฟรองซัวส์ เลียวทารด์เสนอแนวคิดเรื่องความยุติธรรมเพื่อตอบโจทย์ความแตกต่างหลากหลายของผู้คนในชุมชนทางการเมืองผ่านการสนทนากับฌอง-ลูป์ เดโบด์ โดยชี้ให้เห็นถึงความขัดแย้งที่ไม่ลงรอยของความคิดเห็นและการตัดสินเชิงการเมืองของผู้คนซึ่งอยู่ในระเบียบทางภาษาที่ต่างกัน และทำให้เห็นว่าปัญหาความยุติธรรมนั้นไม่ใช่ปัญหาของทฤษฎีหรือสารัตถะแต่เป็นปัญหาของการตัดสินเชิงการเมืองที่เราจะต้องตัดสินอย่างเป็นธรรม โดนเราสามารถปรับปรุงมันให้เป็นธรรมมากขึ้นได้ผ่านการมีบทสนทนากับคนอื่น

Abstract

            Jean-François Lyotard presents his notion of justice, through dialogue with Jean-Loup Thébaud, for maintaining heterogeneity of people as members of political community. He shows us that the ‘differend’ is the conflict which cannot be resolved because the difference of language-games. He argues that the problem of justice is neither the problem of theory nor essence of justice, but the problem of political judgments that we need to make it justly. And we can improve and adjust our judgments, to be more just, only through dialogues.
