การเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเกษียณของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง (Retirement preparation of personnel in Ramkhamhaeng University)

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเกษียณของบุคลากร มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน  320 คน จากการคำนวณสูตรของ Yamane และใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 55 ข้อ มีความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (IOC) อยู่ระหว่าง .80-1.00  ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามด้วยวิธีสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .951 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์โดยสถิติ t test และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA)

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) บุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงมีการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเกษียณ ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยทุกด้าน เรียงลำดับ คือ ด้านจิตใจ ด้านร่างกาย ด้านทรัพย์สินเงินทอง ด้านเวลาและงานอดิเรก ด้านบุตรและด้านที่อยู่อาศัย  (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการเตรียมความพร้อมของบุคลากรที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษาและรายได้ต่างกัน พบว่า มีการเตรียมความพร้อมในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนบุคลากรที่มีตำแหน่ง บุตร และสถานภาพสมรสต่างกัน ไม่พบความแตกต่าง

Abstract

            The purpose of the study : The objectives of this research were to study and compare retirement preparation of Ramkhamhaeng University personnel in terms of gender, age, marital status, education level, position, income and child. The sample of this research were 320 personnel used the sample population from Yamane formula to select the simple random sampling, and the research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire comprised of 55 items, the content validity was about .80-1.00 and the reliability coefficient of cronbach’s Alpha coefficient was .951. The statistics used in this study were frequency, percentage, mean ( ), standard deviation (SD), t test, and One-way Analysis of variance (ANOVA).

            The research finding were a follow:

1. Retirement preparation of Ramkhamhaeng University personnel in overall and each aspect were at agree level to six aspects which were mental, physical, wealth and property, time and leisure, child, family and society, and habital


2. The personnel with different gender, age, education level and income had different retirement preparation in overall aspect at a significant level of 0.05, but the personnel with different aspects of position, child and marital status were not different.
