            การประเมินความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม ก็คือการประเมินระดับความคงเส้นคงวาของการวัดนั่นเอง ซึ่งจะทำให้มั่นใจได้ว่าเครื่องมือวัดที่เราใช้ในการวิจัยของเรามีความน่าเชื่อถือ อันจะนำไปสู่ความน่าเชื่อถือของข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวมได้และผลการวิจัย จุดเน้นของบทความนี้เพื่อที่จะวิพากษ์วิจารณ์ความคลุมเครือของวิธีการประเมินความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม ตามที่ปรากฏในรายงานการวิจัยหลายเรื่อง และเสนอแนะวิธีดำเนินการที่ถูกต้อง รวมทั้งวิธีการเขียนคำอธิบายอย่างถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับการประเมินนั้น

Abstract

            The questionnaires reliability assessment is actually an assessment of the degree of consistency of the measurement. This ensures that a measurement tool used in our research is reliable, leading to the credibility of the collected data and research results. The focus of this article is to criticize the ambiguity of questionnaires reliability assessment methods that appear in many research papers and to suggest how to do it right including how to write an accurate description of the assessment.
